With a team of over fifty engineers and doctors, this state-of-art commercial scale has facilities to manufacture nine different dosage formulations divided into two separate blocks i.e. Beta and non-Beta blocks, each designed with unidirectional operation workflow. The Beta block has facilities to produce Cefa grade tablets and capsules along with dry syrup and dry injection formulations. While the non-Beta block has facilities to produce general tablets and capsules, liquid injectables, ointment, liquid syrup and eye/ear drop formulations. The site has a special low humidity block with a design of less than 13% RH key.
The site has well dedicated Warehouse (Tablets, Capsule, External Preparation, Oral liquid, Dry syrup & Parenteral). The site has an independent Quality Control Laboratory separate from Production area. The site also has utilities/engineering section with boiler, DG sets, Compressed air system, HVAC system, Purified Water system and distribution system, Pure steam generator. This site has a separate effluent treatment plant for the treatment of composite effluent. The company compiles with the Pollution control Board/Central Pollution Control board, Dehradun. The site has a separate Admin block, HR department, Purchase, Accounts department and a GM office
